When all you can think about is playing football, the process of signing for a club can be an unwelcome distraction. The meetings, the negotiations, the seemingly endless paperwork and contractual jargon means it can be tempting to leave the negotiations solely to an agent. While there are many good agents in football, you will also hear plenty of stories from both current and past professionals which paint a very different picture.

If Players Come First has been set up for anyone, then it's you the player. We will guide you through the transfer process acting as your "eyes and ears" providing all the information you need to make the right career and personal choices.

As a client of Players Come First, we will introduce you to FIFA licensed agents. However, our service goes much further, offering a unique level of protection not seen in football to date. We have arrangements with agents who are required to liaise fully with us prior to any contract dealings or agreement. This protection will be ongoing during the entire length of your contract with that agent.

Players Come First does not get involved in any negotiations or legalities. We are here to offer you advice and aid you with any other aspects that may be necessary. Our job is to look after your interests in an unbiased way with advice, protection, information or introductions. All negotiations will be carried out by your FIFA approved agent.

We also offer a database of different football agents which you can access before you decide to sign with any particular individual.
